1、合理的工藝設計

    為避免殘留液和沉積物的滯留,焊接時盡量采用雙面對接焊和連續焊,避免搭接焊和點焊。由于板片很薄,焊接熔化后添補焊絲少,易造成焊縫成型差,因而在焊接工藝中要填補焊絲,以保證焊縫成型良好。

2、降低介質的侵蝕性

    介質對不同的腐蝕體系有不同的影響,如奧氏體不銹鋼在中性氯化物溶液中容易發生應力腐蝕,但是只要介質中氧的質量濃度低于1.3mg/m3就不會發生應力腐蝕。因此,可以通過除去介質中的溶解氧和氧化劑以控制應力腐蝕。降低介質中Cl-的質量濃度、嚴格控制介質中硫的質量濃度也是控制應力腐蝕的有效措施。

3、電化學保護法

    應力腐蝕斷裂是應力作用下的陽極溶解過程。因此,可以采用電化學保護的方法控制。金屬或合金發生應力腐蝕斷裂與電位有關,有些體系存在一個臨界破裂電位,高于此值會產生腐蝕斷裂。更多的體系有一定的敏感電位范圍,這個電位范圍通常處于鈍化活化區,通過電化學極化的方法可以使金屬的電位離開這個敏感的電位范圍。電化學保護方法不但可以防止應力腐蝕斷裂,而且在保護參數選用得當的條件下即使產生了裂紋仍可使其停止擴展。采用犧牲陽極保護或表面噴涂耐蝕金屬的方法,有時也能收到良好的效果。

4、減小殘余應力

    根據實際經驗,引起應力腐蝕破裂的應力主要是殘余應力,而殘余應力主要是由冷加工以及焊接引起的內應力所構成。對冷加工件和焊接件進行熱處理,有助于消除殘余應力,從而也有助于防止應力腐蝕的產生。
